Research services

Research services for investment teams and public companies.

Investment teams commission custom research and modeling for their own research needs. Public companies commission separately disclosed issuer-sponsored coverage. Each service has a defined payer, scope, and output.

For Investment Teams

Add analytical depth without adding permanent headcount.

For RIAs, hedge funds, family offices, and investment teams that need additional coverage, a rigorous second opinion, or focused execution around a live research question.

Who pays: The investment team commissions and pays for the research. Fees are agreed around the scope, deliverables, and expected workload, whether the mandate is a project or recurring research support.

Every engagement begins with the decision to be informed, the evidence required, and a defined deliverable. The work supports your investment process; your team retains responsibility for portfolio decisions and execution.

What the work is designed to be

Useful inside an investment process.

01

Investment-committee ready

Clear executive view, decision hinge, supporting evidence, and defined recommendation boundary.

02

Source-linked

Primary sources, third-party inputs, and analyst assumptions separated so the work can be audited and updated.

03

Model-connected

Operating drivers, scenarios, and sensitivities tied directly to cash flow and valuation.

04

Built to monitor

Catalysts, KPIs, risks, and falsifiers identified before the conclusion is delivered.

For Public Companies

Issuer-sponsored equity research.

For under-covered public companies seeking research that explains the business, operating drivers, financial performance, valuation, and material risks.

Who pays: The covered company pays a fixed engagement fee for the agreed research scope and update schedule. Compensation is not contingent on a favorable conclusion or market response.

Outputs: An initiation report, operating model, valuation, and agreed research updates. Sponsorship and relevant conflicts are disclosed prominently in applicable publications and distribution materials.

Editorial control: Riverson Arc retains control over the analysis and conclusions. Editorial independence describes that control; it does not mean the research is unfunded by the issuer.

The featured Venture Global credit report demonstrates borrower-level debt analysis, liquidity assessment and refinancing risk, with financial cutoffs and limitations stated. The broader research library also includes comparative equity valuation and acquisition analysis.

All three currently published reports are unsponsored. No issuer-sponsored coverage has been initiated.
