About Riverson Arc
Founder & Equity Research Analyst at Riverson Arc. Independent equity, credit and transaction research grounded in financial statements, valuation and clear assumptions.

Why Riverson Arc
Markets reward stories quickly and evidence slowly. Riverson Arc exists to close that gap—to examine business quality, cash economics, expectations, and valuation before reducing a complex security to a conclusion.
The goal is not constant commentary. It is research with a clear question, a dated evidence base, and enough transparency for a reader to disagree intelligently.
Firm facts, services and research →Dave founded Riverson Arc to build research at the intersection of fundamental analysis, valuation, and long-term business change.
His work emphasizes financial statement analysis, free-cash-flow durability, return on capital, competitive position, and the assumptions embedded in market value. He holds an M.S. in Finance (Investments) from Suffolk University and a B.B.A. in Finance from Millsaps College.
Dave’s equity research experience spans the Tremont Fund and Louis Wilson Fund. At the Tremont Fund, he covered energy, materials and utilities, with research on Chevron, Constellation Energy and Oklo. His analytical work included financial modelling, discounted cash flow valuation, comparable-company analysis and sensitivity testing. At the Louis Wilson Fund, he developed research reports and investment pitches on CVS Health, Walt Disney, Waste Management and Texas Roadhouse, supported by free-cash-flow-to-the-firm DCF models, relative valuation and sensitivity analysis.
Published research includes Venture Global’s debt and project funding, the Santander / Webster transaction, and a historical comparison of ExxonMobil and Chevron. Each publication identifies its financial cutoff, sources and limitations.
