A concise description of how Riverson Arc handles research subscriptions, issuer inquiries, and optional website analytics.
Newsletter enrollment may include email, first name, company, role, investor type, and consent status. Issuer inquiries may include name, company, title, corporate email, ticker, exchange, current analyst coverage, and the submitted message.
Information is used to provide requested research emails, administer subscriptions and unsubscribes, respond to issuer inquiries, understand aggregate research readership, and maintain the security and reliability of the website.
Riverson Arc may use an email distribution provider to manage subscribers, consent, delivery, opens, clicks, and unsubscribes, and an analytics provider to measure aggregate website usage. These services are activated only after the relevant configuration and consent controls are in place.
Optional website analytics do not load until a visitor accepts analytics. Available reports may include page views, traffic source, device, geography, returning readership, downloads, and conversion events. Riverson Arc does not intentionally send form-entered personal information to website analytics.
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, operational records, and applicable obligations. Subscribers may unsubscribe using the link in each research email. Requests concerning personal information may be sent to dave15@riversonarc.com.
Riverson Arc does not represent subscriber information as a product for sale. This notice should be reviewed as the distribution platform, jurisdictions served, and legal requirements develop.
